Are you looking for a tennis pro, teacher, coach or instructor to teach you, your family or children to play better tennis? The FCTC instructor and coaching staff is comprised of a dedicated group of volunteers, experienced in teaching, trained in coaching and instructor techniques and certified by the United States Tennis Association (USTA) to provide tennis instruction.
Student ages range from 6 to 18 years old. Students enrolled in our Junior Development Program understand discipline and excel in academics and community involvement. The FCTC promotes teamwork while giving children the opportunity to make new friends while building a foundation for living a healthy and active lifestyle.
We offer classes for beginners,
intermediate and advanced players following the USTA sanctioned 1, 2, 3 program.
Beginners are taught basic strokes as well as scoring rules. Intermediate
lessons expand instruction on basic strokes and introduce game strategy,
movement and scoring through drills and singles and doubles play. Our Advanced
Program is designed to prepare juniors for tournament play at middle, high
school and college levels. Drills include work on speed, agility, physical and
mental endurance, consistency and strategy. In addition to the Junior Tennis
program, we also offer adult tennis lessons for beginners and intermediate
